Target Audience: 2010 and 2011 B.Tech. / M.Tech./MCA graduates in CS/IT/ECE/EEE
Duration: 3 months

ERPandERP and TalentSprint have partnered to offer a program specialising in ERP Programming. The program combines in-depth training on a leading ERP Platform with Fundamentals of Programming and practical Business Communications to create world class software programmers.

The 3-month training will be delivered at TalentSprint by world class industry experienced professionals, utilizing our best of breed experiential learning practices. This will be followed by 3 months of paid internship at ERPandERP at a stipend of 9,000/ month. The trainees will then be absorbed as trainee consultants on probation for a period of 6 months with a stipend of 12,000 – 15,000/ month.

Course Coverage:

Software Engineering - This program is an intense, practice driven training in software engineering fundamentals for entry level professionals. Trainees are trained to approach a problem logically, analyze it and seek an optimal solution to it.
ERP – The course will entail topics like Introduction to ERP and related programming constructs. Trainees will also get acquainted with Performance Optimization Techniques as well as functional topics in ERP.
Business Communications – TalentSprint will teach various topics like business etiquette, professional values and ethics, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.

Internship and Conditional Offer of Employment from ERPandERP

Trainees who successfully complete the requirements of the training program as well as clear the assessments set by ERPandERP will be made an offer of internship. Based on their performance during the 3 month internship period and 6 month probation, the trainees will then be absorbed as full-time employees.
