1. What is the system requirements for installation of Pendrive?
The minimum system requirement for pendrive program are
- Operating System (OS): Win7, Win8, Win10.
- RAM: 2GB or above
- Processor: Intel Core2Duo or higher
- Windows Media Player (Ver 7 and above)
2. What is the capacity of the Pendrive?
16GB
3. When will I receive the Pendrive?
You will receive the pendrive within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase.
4. How will I receive the pendrive?
We will ship the pendrive by Speed Post/DTDC Courier.
5. Can I install the pendrive on my college system/office System?
We would not suggest you to install on college/office systems as pendrive program purchased by you is a single user, single system license.
Once you install in one system you cannot re-install in any other system. You may also need permission/approval to install on your college/office system.
6. Is internet required to use the pendrive program?
No. Internet is not required to use the pendrive programs. However you would require internet for activating the pendrive license,
to watch LIVE sessions & to connect with TalentSprint Support Team in case you require any support.
7. How do I install the Pendrive
Before you start the installation please ensure following point are taken care.
- Your operating system is trouble free
- Run a proper Anti-Virus scan
- You have latest application program
- License token ready
Once you are ready with the above, please connect the pendrive to your system.
- Launch Application, Run the setup exe by double clicking on it
- Follow the instructions while installation process
- After successful installation TalentSprint shortcut will get created on Desktop
- Double click on the shortcut, click Yes on UAC prompt
- 'Help' screen would get display with on-screen message “License Invalid”
- Click on “Activate” button
- Enter the 32 digits alphanumeric token key and click on “Activate” button
- After entering valid token key it will display the Browse screen
- Browse screen will have text box with helper text 'Path to TalentSprint content'
- Along with two buttons “Browse” & “Save”
- Click on “Browse” button, it will open the file explorer, navigate to the TalentSprint folder where encrypted contents and MetaData are placed
- Click on “Save” button to launch the content
8. Do I get hard copies of workbook/reference material?
No, we do not provide any hard copies.The workbooks and reference material is provided in the program in pdf format.
9. Can I download the pdfs?
No. You cannot download the pdfs.
10. Can I install the pendrive in 2 systems?
No. You cannot install in 2 systems. Its single user, single system license program.
11. What if my system is formatted, how can I use the pendrive?
You need to reactivate the pendrive to re-use it. You can send an email request to support@talentsprint.com. The support team will provide you alternate activation token key. Please note the alternate license token key shall be provide to you only once.
12. When will I get the license token key?
You will receive the license token key by email once the pendrive is shipped.
13. What is the validity of the license token key?
License token key is valid for 15 days. You need to activate the pendrive within 15 days from the date of receipt of the pendrive.
14. What is the validity of pendrive program?
Validity of the pendrive program depends upon the program you have opted for.
15. If I face any problem with the pendrive what should I do?

16. How can the support team solve any the issue online in my system?
With basic trouble shooting if you are unable to solve, please write to
support@talentsprint.com or call 040-4353 6611. Before calling please install
TS_QuickSupport,
with help of TeamViewer TalentSprint Support Team will take the access of your system to resolve the issue.
17. Can I cancel the pendrive program?
Yes. You can cancel the pendrive program within 7 days from the date of purchase. You will get 100% refund . No questions asked.
The refund is generally processed within 5-6 working days.
Please note that the refund is subject to the following conditions being met:
- De-activation of the license key as well as the app from the system in which the same was installed.
This will require you to connect with the support team and follow the instructions given by them for the purpose.
(Not required for cases where the license key is not activated in the first place)
- Return of the pendrive to the return address. This is a must for all refund requests where the despatch has taken place from TalentSprint
