More than 85% Anantapur graduates work with leading IT companies

TalentSprint aims to transform 5 lac graduates in IT colleges and BFSI industries by 2020. In order to reach out to this untapped talent pool of Indian unemployed graduates, a core part of TalentSprint’s scalability strategy is to use technology to reach out to students in rural areas. We would like to reach out to the scores of unemployed graduates in rural areas that are unable to get jobs.

How do we make industry experienced gurus available all over the country?

How do we reach graduates that are unable to leave their homes and come to the city to get skilled?

TalentSprint found a perfect innovative answer in iPEARL (Interactive Platform for Employability and Remote Learning). iPEARL allows us to provide a 2-way audio/video interactive training model remotely to students in other locations. Though so far away, the real time experience is very much a classroom experience, with the instructor even being able to look at the screen of each individual student to solve their problems. In spite of the distance, the instructor and the trainee feels part of the same classroom experience. Once their 3-month course is done, trainees are placed with corporate utilizing its Placement Services. In addition, there are teaching instructors on ground that provides guidance to trainees at the Remote Learning Centre.

We also leverage video conferencing, smart boards and other collaboration-enabling technologies and are creating eLearning content to enable self learning by professionals.

We are taking a blended approach and recreating a new version of distance education so as to be able to impact the lives of many, no matter where they live.
