TalentSprint follows a practical case study driven approach to teaching testing fundamentals to entry level professionals. Starting with test design, they are introduced to test design techniques, test management basics and tools through hands on experience.

• Certification track: Candidates are mentored as per ISTQB syllabus with industry examples.
• Experiential track: Candidates go through a project involving fundamental test life cycle using Sugar-CRM and HP Quality Center.
• Test Automation track: Test automation fundamentals are taught through hands-on training on QTP.
• Soft-skills track: Training on time management, team ethics, attitude, and presentation skills is provided throughout the course to produce well rounded testing professionals.

To ensure the quality of software released into the market, it is essential for software testers to understand the functionality of the applications they test. This is particularly true for the BFSI industry where even small errors can potentially wreak havoc on the global economy.

Thinksoft Global and TalentSprint have partnered to offer a Certification Program in Financial Software Testing (TCP-FST) to train graduates in BFSI domain, software testing and business communication. The program combines deep Domain training, Fundamentals of functional and automation testing together with practical Business Communications to create world class software testers who are skilled in testing financial software.

The first 6 months of training is delivered at TalentSprint by world class industry experienced professionals, utilizing its best of breed experiential learning practices at a stipend of  2,500/ month. The training at TalentSprint is followed by 6 months of paid internship at Thinksoft Global at a stipend of  8,000/ month. 

• BFSI Domain Track: Fundamentals of retail and corporate banking, credit cards, financial markets and insurance are covered through theory, case studies and hands-on practical assignments.
• Testing Track: Test design techniques, test management basics and tools are introduced through experiential learning.
• Business Communication Track: The business communication track focuses on training participants to communicate effectively using a variety of transformative techniques.
• Certification Track: Participants are mentored to take the ISTQB Certification as part of the testing track and IIBF Certification as part of the BFSI track.
