Shri M.C. Jacob

CGM & COO, State Bank of Travancore (Retd.)

Jacob has over 38 years of experience with the State Bank Group in varied areas of banking viz. Operation, Training, Control and HR. Has worked with SBT, SBI, SBH, SB Indore, SBI Capital Markets and SBI Mutual Funds. He also has international banking experience through 6 years of handling Overseas Branches. He has also worked in First Union National Bank and NCNB both in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA for 18 months.

A strong believer in the need for training for enhanced performance, has designed and delivered high impact leadership, operations and IT programs for officers of the Bank he was associated with. His programmes on Leadership, Team building, Agriculture and Decision Making for senior Bankers at NIRD (Hyd) IIM Indore, NIBM Pune, NIBF ( Hyd) SBSC Hyd were well received and regarded.

A post graduate with interest in writing, specifically on leadership, he has authored a widely read book titled 'Leadership Winning Software – Banking on Motivation and Morale'. This book is in its third edition now.

Shri Ravi B. Menon

Ravi Menon Principal & GM, Union Bank Staff College (Retd.)

Ravi Menon has over 36 years experience with Union Bank of India. He has a wide ranging experience across Operations, Training, Corporate Communications, Change Management and HR. He also has held the position of Compliance Officer for Union Bank IPO, Secretary to the Board of Directors simultaneously overseeing Chairman's secretariat.

A graduate with a passion for training and development has handled the Union Bank Staff College as its Principal and GM. As the head of training system, he has won the Golden Peacock National Training Award on two occasions for the Bank. Earlier, he had a six year stint as faculty, developing and delivering key training programmes for the Bank. He was also involved in the revamp of training systems in consultation with an overseas consultant. He continued his contribution to Staff College even post retirement as Advisor Training for 15 months.

Dr. D.D. Mukherjee

AGM – SBSC, Senior Faculty, JNIBF-IDBI Bank (Retd.)

DD Mukherjee has over 32 years of Banking experience, with a strong focus on Credit and operations training for Bank Officers of a wide range of Banks such as SBI, Other PSU Banks, Private Banks and Foreign Banks in India . He has also trained officers in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, CIS and Middle-East countries.

As Senior Faculty of IDBI Bank Apex College and SBSC focusing on Credit and Operations his programmes were extremely well received by a wide spectrum of bank officers and executives.

A doctorate in Management Finance, with a well deserved reputation for expertise in training in the area of credit, he has authored two best-selling books on banking viz. 'Credit Appraisal, Risk Analysis & Decision Making' and 'Credit Monitoring, Legal Aspects and Recovery of Bank Loans'.
