Adding yet another feather to the cap, TalentSprint was awarded the Top Education Icon for 2017 in Hyderabad for IT Training by Times of India.
The Times of India Group conducted a research to find and award the best in Education and Training. About 240 Educational Coaching Institutes in different categories participated in this survey.
The objective of this research was to arrive at Top Education Icons of Hyderabad in their respective categories. This survey had 4 major modules to analyze and arrive at the final winner, i.e., Teachers/Faculty, Infrastructure, Teaching Methodology, and Placements.

Technological Innovation: The AI-Based Personalised Learning Bot and the Digital Learning Portal implemented on Open EdX Platform have been a huge hit among the job seekers. The bot, aptly named Tia (Test Improvement Adviser) can analyze the student’s performance and recommend study plans based on their strengths and weaknesses.
Digitally Driven Content: All sessions consist of 20% Theory and 80% Problem-Solving. The prime focus of our programs is to develop “Programmatic Thinking” rather than learning “Programming Language”. Digital Learning Platform, Open EdX has a large bank of video lectures, practice problems, and self-assessment tests. This ensures that the content is fully-centralized, making training delivery ‘content-specific’ rather than ‘trainer-specific’.
State-of-the-art Facilities: Our classroom setup resembles closely to a corporate workplace, with a dedicated system for every student with internet connectivity to maximize learning.
Placement Induction Sessions: Every trainee gets the opportunity to attend Placement Induction Sessions at the end of the training and before entering the placement pool. This is a special mentoring program to brief the trainees on the industry standards of job interviews and the hiring processes.
Extensive Industry Exposure: The trainees have periodic interaction with the industry stalwarts, mostly the business heads of the Blue-Chip companies in our #WhatIndustryWants events. These sessions have been a massive hit among the job seekers.
