Unemployment Can Be A Great Educator.

Unemployment can be a great educator, this can be learnt from Babita Maduri. She was unemployed for 4 years and achieved her dream job with her hard work and dedication. Read on to know her success journey of “Unemployment to a Bank PO.”

“Hi! I am Babitha Maduri. I am from Kurnool and I completed my graduation in the year 2013 from G. Pulla Reddy Engineering College. My father is an Oriental Insurance, Senior Divisional Manager. My mom is a homemaker and I have a brother who is also preparing for Government Jobs.

Initially, I attempted for UPSC but I couldn’t clear the Prelims. Then I started preparing for bank exams. I gave a lot of exams with my own preparation but that didn’t help me. I was unemployed for 4 years, it was a great disappointment and also a struggling period of my life. Psychologically, I was really depressed but my parents and my friends motivated me.
I got to know about TalentSprint from a friend. She was a student of TalentSprint and she was doing well in the bank exams.

So, I joined TalentSprint last year. Within one year I got a job. Now, I cleared the IBPS PO VI and I got a call letter from the Andhra Bank and I am a PO right now.

My parents are extremely happy. They are enjoying the success because they had to wait for a long period of time, they also struggled a lot with me. Initially, they weren’t convinced because I was joining an online platform where I won’t be able to meet any person directly.

You are just following your own ideas, your own subjects, your own books. It may work or it may not work out. But, they had the belief in me. I really got the job, and they were really surprised. They started praising “Ok, You got it on your own!.” I am really very happy because it was “four years of struggle, four years of hard work.”

Thank you TalentSprint team and everyone who motivated me and helped me achieve my dream job.”
