Return and Refund Policy
For Premium Coaching Program (with online access/delivery)
Eligibility for refund:
1. Customer has made full payment for the program and
2. There is no content videos and/or practise tests in the access given and
3. Refund request is sent to email@example.com within 7 days from the date of receipt of login credentials/online access.
Details to be shared for refund:
1. Order Number (available in the invoice sent after the payment)
2. Reason for refund
Refund Amount: 100% of the fee paid
Refund processing time:
1. The Customer Service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
2. Refund shall be processed within 6-7 working days from date of receipt of refund request.
