While our online platform supports many browsers, we highly recommend to use latest version of Chrome Browser to access the online content.

Yes, you can log into our online platform for your preparation from any internet-connected computer/device.

In the dashboard of your TalentSprint account, you will find some QuickLinks on the right side which gives you an easy access to the Practice Tests, Exam Notifications and Results, Events Calendar for the schedule of LIVE sessions and All India Mock Exams, etc.

We highly recommend you to join the LIVE classes as per the schedule. However, in case you miss any, you can watch the recorded archive of the same.
Recorded videos of all the LIVE classes are added to your TalentSprint learning account within one working day. You can simply refer to the Events Calendar in your dashboard to access these recorded videos of LIVE classes that you have missed.

Yes, you will get SMS reminders to your registered mobile number for all the LIVE classes and All India Mock (AIM) exams. Please note that your mobile number should not be registered for DND, failing which you will not get any SMS alerts.

Yes, if you have changed your mobile number, you can update it yourself using the Update Mobile Number link which is available in our online platform.

Ideally, there should not be any problem with the picture/video quality during the LIVE session if you have a proper and stable internet connection. However, if you find the video to be unclear or hazy, please use the settings button available at the bottom-right of the video screen to optimize the picture quality based on your internet bandwidth.

We allow you unlimited access to these videos using which you can play these videos any number of times till your coaching is valid. However, video download is not allowed as these videos are proprietary in nature, and access is given for watching online only.

Daily Tests on all the subjects, Topic Tests on all the topics, Subject Tests and Full-length Tests in various exam formats are available for your through practice at different levels.
In addition to these, All India Mock (AIM) exams are conducted on weekends to benchmark your performance vis-a-vis others who are using our online platform.

You can get your doubts clarified by simply posting your questions in the discussion forum. These questions will be answered either in the forum or taken up by the expert faculty in the LIVE Problem Solving sessions.

Discussion forums are very useful to interact with your fellow-students and get your doubts clarified by simply posting your questions and queries.
You can also showcase your knowledge by helping others who have posted their queries in the discussion forums. Remember, helping others by explaining the solutions to their questions will make you stronger in your concepts.

Yes, in addition to the video library along with work books, and mock tests, you will have access to downloadable material (pdfs) for reference and additional practice.

The minimum system requirements for using our Pendrive program are:

  • Operating System (OS): Win 7, Win 8, Win 10
  • RAM: 2 GB or above
  • Processor: Intel Core2Duo or higher

No, our Pendrive programs work only on Windows Operating System.

The storage capacity of our Pendrives is 32 GB or 64 GB, depending on the program you have opted for. For example, Bank Exam Coaching is packed in a 32 GB Pendrive, whereas Bank and SSC Exam Coaching together is packed in a 64 GB Pendrive.

Before you start the installation, please ensure the following points are taken care of:

  • Operating system of your computer is trouble free
  • Run a proper Anti-Virus scan
  • License token ready (which is sent to your registered email ID)
  • Go through the Pendrive installation video by clicking here.Once you are ready with the above, please connect the Pendrive to your system.
  • Please do not scan the Pendrive with any Anti-Virus
  • Open Windows setup folder in the Pendrive, Run the setup exe by double clicking on it
  • Follow the instructions during the installation process
  • After successful installation, TalentSprint shortcut will get created on your desktop
  • Double-click on the shortcut, click Yes on UAC prompt
  • Enter the 32-digit alphanumeric token key, which is sent to your email id separately, and click on “Activate” button
  • After entering the valid token key, it will display the Browse screen
  • Browse screen will have text box with helper text 'Path to TalentSprint content'
  • Along with two buttons “Browse” & “Save”
  • Click on “Browse” button, it will open the file explorer, navigate to the TalentSprint folder where encrypted contents and MetaData are placed
  • Click on “Save” button to launch the content

No, the Pendrive can only be used on computers with configuration specified above.

No, internet is not required to use our Pendrive programs. However, you would require basic internet for activating the Pendrive license and to connect with the TalentSprint support team in case you require any help.

No. You cannot install in 2 different computers. It is a single user, single system license program.

  • Open the Android set-up folder in the SD Card, Run the setup exe by double clicking on it
  • Follow the instructions during the installation process

  • Open the shortcut, Enter the 32 digits alphanumeric token key, which is sent to your email id separately and click on “Activate” button
  • After entering the valid token key it will display the Browse screen
  • Browse screen will have text box with helper text 'Path to MetaData', along with two buttons “Browse” & “Save”
  • Click on “Browse” button, it will open the file explorer, navigate to the MetaData folder where encrypted contents and MetaData are placed. (storage/extSDcard*/Android App/TalentSprint/Metadata) extSDcard*(Name can differ from one device to another)
  • Click on “Save” button to launch the content

No, our SD Card can only be used on smartphone or tablet with the configuration specified above.

We will Speed Post/Courier the Pendrive/SD Card once we receive your order and it usually takes 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location, for the shipment to get delivered.

At TalentSprint, we believe in Save Trees and Save Planet. Hence, we do not provide any hard copies of workbook/reference material. However, these are available in the downloadable format.

We do not suggest you to install your Pendrive on college/office computer and SD Card on office mobile as the coaching program purchased by you comes with a single user, single system license,which means that once you install it in one computer or mobile, you cannot reinstall it in any other computer or mobile. Moreover, you may also need permission/approval from your college/office to install the Pendrive on your college/office computer and SD Card on office mobile.

License tokey key, which is a unique key required to activate and use our Pendrive/SD card program, will be sent to you by email once your Pendrive/SD Card is shipped. Without this key you will not be able to access the content.

License token key is valid for 15 days. You need to activate the Pendrive or SD Card within the valid date mentioned in the license key email.

Validity of the Pendrive or SD Card program depends upon the program you have opted for.

Do not worry! In case you had to format your computer or factory reset your smartphone or tablet, you need to reactivate the Pendrive or SD Card with a alternate licence token key.
You have to send an email request to support@talentsprint.com. In order to get the alternate activation token key. Please note the alternate license token key shall be provided to you only once.

We are sure that you will love our program. However, in case you are not happy, you can cancel the Pendrive/SD Card program within 7 days from the date of receipt of Pendrive/SD Card. All you have to do is write an email to refund@talentsprint.com and you will get 100% refund. No questions asked.
The refund is generally processed within 5-7 working days.
Please note that the refund of Pendrive/SD card Program is subject to the following conditions:

  • Deactivation of the license key as well as the app from the device in which the same was installed. This will require you to connect with the support team and follow the instructions given by them for the purpose. (Not required for cases where the license key is not activated in the first place)
  • Return of the Pendrive or SD Card to the return address. This is a must for all refund requests where the dispatch has taken place from TalentSprint.
